Default Help identify very old portrait

Hello all, I have a very old print of a young woman that I need help identifying. I have removed it from the frame, it is not a painting but a print. There are no markings or signatures on the front or reverse. I believe the woman may be a symbol or the face of an idea, "Goddess of Liberty", etc. Her dress seems to date her around early 1800's, is wearing a 6-pointed star type headband / tiara with flowing scarf and a fur-type shawl or robe collar draped over her right shoulder. The details lead me to think if not a symbol then perhaps a member of the European aristocracy. This was in my great-grandmother's home for many, many years and not sure if she brought this with her when she immigrated from Vienna in 1904 (thus the possibility of a member of European aristocracy ideas).
