Help identify this image

The following attachment is a piece of art that hung on my parents' wall for years. I now have it, and would like to know its point of origin. I do not see a signature, but I have not yet removed the art from the frame to reveal entire image.

As for the value, I have no way of valuing a print, if that's what it is. You never know what someone might pay for it (plus the frame), but it's not really considered an original unless it was printed and signed by the artist himself.
