i can across these two painting in new york. Do anyone know who did this work . can any giver me advice on how i can find out ? you can email me antzzman@yahoo.com

Both paintings are quite marvelous. The first appears to be based on Jacques-Louis David's famous painting of Napoleon Crossing the Alps. The second appears to be more of a Romantic-era portrait.

Perhaps a professional art appraiser could give you an idea what you've got, how old the paintings could be, and how to go about determining the artist (which may be difficult if there is no signature).
