need help identifying painting

I recently got an oil painting from a movie made in vancouver bc. It has a skull, a duck, a snake, an apple, some books, a glass of wine & more... I can't figure out what movie it's from and the signature is not legible. I need help finding information on it. hoping someone can help. Thanks.

Well, it IS pretty rare. I defy you to find another painting that has all these elements in it. Is that a hyena in the background?

Anyway I have no idea what the signature says (assuming it's the artist's signature at all) or what it could have created for. Just in case it was a TV series instead of a movie, here's a list of TV series that filmed in Vancouver. Maybe it was The Outer Limits?

thank you so much for you information. There is no Heyena in the backgroung but I will certainly look into it further as it may have been a tv show. if anyone can think of anything else that may help us - please let me know - thanks again!
