Unregistered

I received this painting as a gift last year, but do not have much information about it. I believe it was made by either a Romanian or Hungarian artist, and the woman who gave it to me called them "Miche" or "Meeche." She does not know much about the artist and wasn't able to tell me more about it. The signature is difficult to make out, if it'd be helpful I can post a closer image of it.
