An old Dutch oil on canvas, help identify...

I have had this old Dutch oil for years and have always wondered who the artist was...it has a very unique signatuer or monogram as initials of TH or FH or not sure....
It is approximately 9" x 12" and the oil painting needs serious restoration...

Not sure how to post pictures but will try...

Appreciate any help in identifying artist...

Wish I could help. It looks more like FH to me than anything else, but I don't have any insight into where or when it may have been painted.
