I wonder if you can help. After spending a day searching the net I have failed to identify a painting I saw as a child and am trying to identify. All I can remember about the painting is that it had an old man at the top who was controlling some puppets who I think were jumping over the moon. From my memory (and I was only eight at the time) it was probably a dutch master but could be well out with this.

Any help gratefully recieved.
