John, I tried to post a reply in Site Business, but the "New Thread" icon was missing. Did you close that forum?

I already knew why Ed McKnight Kauffer was not featured on Artcyclopedia (or at least I had an idea why). Artcyclopedia generally only lists artists that are represented in national art museums....and only lists "fine artists". Ed McNight Kauffer was a graphic designer. Much can be found about him online (do a Google search).
