hi i need your help!

Hi i was given a painting by my mum and was told its at least 50/60 years old i want to sell it but i dont know who the artist is ...pluss it is an oil right? i really have no idear.......pics are here thanks for you help

Only an expert can tell you, but I find it curious that "Drayton St Leonards" is misspelled. How do you put a "K" in place of a "D"?
