Can anyone give me more information on this artist?
I have so far been unable to identify this signature and would love if anyone had any information on it.

Don't know who the artist is, but "apres" means "after" in French. In other words, it could be a copy of a work by E.J. Boks -- very likely, Evert Jan Boks (1838-1914).
