Default Anyone know this old watercolour painting

I have recently got this old water color painting (that looks like it came from someones art book) the name is not very recognizable, but for water color it has amazing detail. Anyone know who might have painted this? the initials are vertical in the bottom right corner looks to read maybe Sinclair or N.Blair. maybe?

I can barely make out that there's a signature at all. It would help if you could upload a high res photograph/scan of the signature alone.

I read this very faint supposed signature as : W.R.A(maybe)Y
A William Ramey did like blue ink lavis and have done a lot of illustrations in this color

In fact a shot in the dark because I find this work not really professional
- The player is on the bad side of the harp (although I don't know if lefthanded players stand like this) and it is absolutely impossible to play with high pitched strings so far above the head.
Notice that the young guitar player on the askart link is also lefthanded
