Unregistered

ok so i've got a cutout of this painting and it looks to be an oil painting...its of a white horse strung up, hanging upside down with its head touching the floor and bent to one side. the floor is stripped woodern foorboards painted white. the backround is orange floral wallpaper. sat on the floor next to and looking at the horse is a black cat. the print i have insn't even A4 and i cant see a painter mark anywhere! oh yeah, even though the horse looks strung up there's no rope visable.
it kinda looks like a Dali, but i'm not sure that it is.

if anyone has any ideas or is better a internet searches than me, then i would be very gratefull of yo help!
