I purchased an oil painting in a local gift shop around 1976. The artist's name is Billy. The painting shows a deprecated cottage beside a lake. The predominant colours are blues and grays. The unique feature of this painting, is that based on my mood, the colours appear to change. For example, if I am depressed, it is mainly blues and grays. However, if I am in a good mood or very happy, there appears to be a tinge of pink in the sky. It took 3 or 4 walk bys before I finally decided to buy the picture and at that time, it was $75.00. But I had to have it. I remember years before that someone had said a painting had to talk to them before they bought it and this one did talk to me. I have a picture, but it is too large for me to attach, I would be willing to send it via email if anyone has any information on this?

Hi, if you can't crop or reduce the image then you can send it to me & I'll post it. I don't like to post my email address online due to spam, but you can see it at the bottom of this page:
