Question about the art of conversation?

I consider myself to be pretty good at the art of conversation but my sister isnt - i have tried to give her tips but she is super shy and she says nothing works for her

so does anyone know any books about the art of conversation and how to interact with ppl?

There are tons of books on shyness and how to engage in conversation, for example "How to Talk to Anyone".

Speaking as someone who is naturally shy and awkward in groups, I would suggest focusing on listening to people. You have to listen before you can enter into a meaningful dialogue with anyone, and a lot of shy people are too busy panicking about what they're going to say next to pay full attention to what is currently being said.
