Exclamation Is it early Seurat?

I am in possession of small beautiful painting, it's signed, but no one in Poland is able to tell me who is the author. It's old, looks like XIX-th century, one of my friends who is also an art collector says that it can be early Seurat. This is a link to the photo of the painting:

I made a comparison of a few Seurat signatures:

the second from the top is from the painting I owe.
There are original Seurat paintings from Ville-D'Avray:

There is also Seurat drawing:

It looks like it is the same neighbourhood!
Well, the style is different, but the painting I owe could be from earlier period?
Can anybody help me with advice - is it worth to spend thousands (which I don't have) for expertises, or maybe there is another way to find out who painted it?

That really doesn't look like an "S" at the beginning of the signature. If you can find a similar "S" in one of Seurat's signatures then you might be in luck, but to me it looks like an "O" possibly, or maybe something from a non-latin character set.
