yet another help identifying...
Greetings...
I have a lovely oil on canvas, signed J. Rougeron. This refers to Jules James Rougeron, 1841-1880 (French). I've not been able to find any reference to this particular painting, which I call Spanish Gypsy, although I have found some other Rougerons pictured on-line. I'm thinking it is probably a reproduction, but any help identifying it would be greatly appreciated! I've attached a jpeg of the painting. Thanks! |
