identify this painting?

width 21,5 cm height : 26,5 cm
i think its about 50 to 100 years old mabey more, and its oild painted. inscrition on the picture is "F. ror......" someting and "F Delft"

Re the painting, all I can add is that Delft is a town in the Netherlands, and maybe this is a view of a river or canal there.
