I am from Brasil and I write very bad in english (like "me tarzan, you jane"

), but I wish to discuss about videoart (links, etc.).

Hello,
my name is Ruggero. I've just read an article about Curitiba, it seems a very intelligent and innovative town. I'm searching for a place to go and make some video art or documentary...Maybe your town is the perfect one, to show a place where things go in the right way. Could you tell me if Curitiba it's really like that? Also I'd like to know if there is a video production , I mean people making films, or shorts, videoart, festivals...
