Picture Identification
I have attached an image (sorry for the poor quality). I appreciate help in finding out who the artist is and when it was done. It looks like Art Deco or Weimer Germany perhaps.Thanks

No idea. The background kind of looks like one of those Alphonse Mucha Art Nouveau paintings; the woman, not so much.
