Muttleys 100 pictures

Hi,

I made a goal this year to find learn something about art and to find 100 interesting paintings. My knowledge about art is next to nothing, so I am coming into this project with an open mind. I hope to learn something about classic paintings and what it is about them that is so special. I also want to learn more about symbolism in paintings, and a bit about the different genres.

Nothing to do but find some works you like, find out about the artist and his/her style and related artists, and go from there. Here's a list that should get you started:
