Opinion about artwork - is it worth buying?

hi! I found on eBay really nice artwork. Of course I'm almost sure that it's not genuine artwork by Picasso, but I would like to know is it technically good artwork? I think, that I will put in frame and just have beauty art.

Seller has nice reference, so maybe it's worth?

eBay should have cleaned this practice up a long time ago. It's a disgrace. This seller is also selling drawings "signed" by Miro, Magritte, Modigliani and Chagall.

If you like it and want to hang it in your house, go ahead and make a bid, but it has no value as a collectible unless it was actually drawn by Picasso.
