Default Help identifying a picture?

I recently purchased a picture, and lately I have been trying to find out who the artist is or what it is called. However I have found nothing at all.
I have a photo of it which can be found here http://yfrog.com/h3vo80j (I hope that link is accessible, I was unsure where would be best to post it)
Any help at all would be much appreciated.
There are no signatures on it anywhere, so I cant offer anything more than the photo. Thanks in advance!

At a glance it looks like Joshua Reynolds or Thomas Lawrence. There were a few other "Grand Manner" portrait artists active at about the same time, but I think these are the likeliest.

It is indeed by Thomas Lawrence. Frances Hawkins and her Son, 1805-06.

Interesting. I see a number of references to the painting with each of these titles. Perhaps the identification is uncertain, or changed at some point.
