Can you please tell me anything about this painting?

I have had this for years. It looks very old, but could just be a print. I have no clue where it came from, but when I peel it back, the paper its attached to has writing in French. It was in one of those very old frames with nails.

Also inside the frame was a print of a Frite Tharow painting. Im sure they are two different artists, as he did landscapes.

I think I have seen this before (but i could be wrong). It looks like a Hans Holbein drawing. Unfortunately I am not at home this week so I can't check my book of drawings by Holbein.
