We too have a painting with the same signature.It's an Autumn painting with snow covered mountains in the background.The numbers on the back in pencil are A7780.I too can find no information.I'm in East Texas,would also like to know the value,it's a Beautiful Painting...

Antonio
My "Antonio" oil painting on masonite is same signature, lower left. All sepia and golds, autumn, snowy peaks in background, water in mid-ground. Label on back says: Nouveau Art Gallery, Original Oil Paintings & Lithographs, "Expert custom framing", Cross County Center, Yonkers, NY 10704 (914) 375-0255. I just spoke with owner of gallery of 30 years. He is not familiar with the name "Antonio." He probably just did the framing! So that's a dead end.
Any help would be appreciated. |
