unknown art?

Can anyone tell me about this? I think its a reprint but not sure when or who origionally painted it. Is it of any great value? Hope this is the right link to the painting.http://s295.photobucket.com/albums/mm144/keithny77/

Hi, I assume you mean the girl in the harlequin outfit? I don't recognize the artist (I assume "Maid" is the title of the painting).

But I poked around a bit and found a page devoted to "big-eyed art", which IMO this probably qualifies as. Maybe you'll find your answer there:
