Can anyone help identify this artist?
I found this serigraph at a local shop. It came a certificate of authentication but that does not mean much I suppose. It says the title is SEASIDE, but I can't make out the artist's name and I have been unable to locate a single bit of information from the title ... I am actually not sure who the artist even is because I can't make it out. I was told Roulin, but that name is not coming up except for Van Gough's paintings, perhaps Poulin but that does not seem to be correct either. It is numbered 12/350 and is supposed to be a LTD edition. Thanks for any help, I am going nutty trying to find some information.
