Default Drawing or Print....Artist?

A local gallery owner looked at this picture for awhile and believes it is a drawing and his co-owner thought print. Ive taken the pic out of its glass frame, and now that ive seen edges...I believe it to be a drawing as well.
I cant make out the signature. This pic was found in an attic and was in a very old glass frame w wood slats.
Does anyone recognize this pic and/or the artist, it would be appreciated.

If I'm reading part of the signature correctly, it's "Colme". I plugged that partial match into findartinfo.com, and here are the 4 artists in their enormous database that contain those same letters...

I don't see a name that obviously matches the whole signature, but look for yourself and see what you think.

It looks as if the Colme etc is the name of the picture and the Ronda is the artist

On playing with the photo of the signature again, I think the first line reads "K(?) Lopez Calmette". Calmette is a real name and there are even people around of Spanish descent whose last names are Lopez Calmette.

I think the second line reads "Ronai", for József Rippl-Róna, a Hungarian painter who worked in a variety of styles and could have done something like this.

It may be that the original painting was by József Rippl-Róna, and this is a print or drawing after it by Lopez Calmette. Of course I could be quite out to lunch on this, but that's my best guess as of now.
