Hello Everyone,

I have recently acquired a beautiful Painting of Old Mast Ships. The painting is set against a blue ocean like back ground and there are 5 ships and they are mirrored in the water. The painting is signed by "Williams" But we are not sure Which Williams that would be! It is not like a regular painting. it has "raised paint for the ships and they are all done in black. I will try to attach a photo as well. If anyone could give me a hand in finding out who did this painting I would truly appreciate it!
