Default J. Chevalier & Brasso paintings: what do I do with them?

My grandmother purchased some original oil paintings bye J. Chevalier and Brasso while she was in France back in the early 70s. I have these Paris street scenes paintings and was thinking of selling them. How the heck do I know what they are worth and how/where do I sell them?

You could try eBay. There are two Brasso paintings and a J. Chevalier painting on offer right now. I'm no expert, but in my experience these paintings are quite common and not worth too much. I'd be pretty surprised if any of the paintings sell at the prices the owners are asking.

I have one too, and I am trying to find out anything I can about it.
