Help me identify this oil painting!

Hello I am in need of a good eye who can help me identify this oil painting. There seems to be a name on the bottom right of the painting though I can not seem to identify it myself..

The Edging of this painting is wooden with rope in-between.

The simplest reading of the signature is "Esther". It looks a lot like a couple of other marine paintings posted in the past week or two. Neither was signed "Esther", though.
