Can anyone define the risks that artists take?
and
What is considered as visual arts? photography? animation?
With the current usage of internet, the term visual arts has sort of blurred the boundaries.So what is visual art?

Visual Arts is a very broad term. IMO photography and animation would definitely be included. But overall you could probably get a better definition from Wikipedia than we could come up with here.
