Desperate Redhead

Hi,

I'm looking for a painting and I can't remember it's name.

It's a painting of a town square or a park. Right in front of the painting there's a lady in black dress, and next to her is a little red haired girl, in a white dress, holding a wheel (hula hoop kind of thing) in her hands.

I also remember a lot of other people in the painting and maybe some little boys playing.

I'd love to find this, since the little girl in it looks just like me when I was little and my mom loves this painting
