Default Look for websites

Hello, everybody!
I'd be happy have some links to websites containing images of modern painters' works and articles concerning the modern art.

Thank you.

Red face Ireland on Canvas

Hello from the South West of Ireland
I have my own website up and running:
www.JohnEagleArt.com
I paint sea and landscapes, mostly of the area I know, here in south west Ireland. I avoid modern things as much as possible, in one case one of Ballycrovane the harbour closest to me, many people have seen the postcard I made of the oil painting and tell me the middle house is not a traditional one as I have done. It is in fact a modern bungalow. Sorry folks but I am an artist and I take liberties. I have sold 36 of my oil paintings so far this year, so there's a few out there who agree with me I suppose. I have had three major shows here in Ireland this year. So if you would like to view what I do, please look me up. Please note one other thing, the Irish Government in their wisdom decided to go metric last February. I went to great lengths to reluctantly convert all my canvas sizes to metric only to be told that the vast majority of you out there haven't the faintest idea what they mean, that like me you prefer the Imperial stuff, so I have put it back to inches. The other thing is, all my work is in oils.
with best wishes to you all for 2006
John Eagle

I'm also interested in modern artists. I've posted a few (short) biographies on Chuck Close, Keith Haring and photographers, Ansel Adams and Cindy Sherman. www.ArtBooksandMore.com
I'll definitely be expanding over time, so hopefully you'll check back later.
Best of luck!
