Greetings,
These links were post in Incredible Art Department's Art Forum. I thought I would pass them on here... GREAT fun for kids (and adults). From Linda P: I have TAB stations going in my classroom and so am always on the lookout for good art game sites. Here are a few. Note: to save what you create on most of these sites, you must know how to do a screen capture. ArtPad: http://artpad.art.com/artpad/painter/ Mr. Picassohead (caution--doublecheck that there isn't something inappropriate posted in the gallery): http://www.mrpicassohead.com/ Miltos Manetas' Jackson Pollock: http://www.jacksonpollock.org/ National Gallery's Kids Zone page: http://www.nga.gov/kids/zone/ Minneapolis Museum's Artist's Toolkit: http://www.artsconnected.org/toolkit/ PBS's Push & Pull Puzzle (Hans Hofmann color theory): http://www.pbs.org/hanshofmann/push_and_pull_001.html How to screen capture: http://www.howtouniverse.com/CI/howtoscrncapt.html --------------------------------------- Have fun! Judy -- Just a note to let you know that we've recently updated many of the NGAKids Art Zone interactives -- the newly added print function lets children print their designs directly from the Shockwave module. There's no longer any need to take a screenshot first.
