His last or first name is Giraudier born in 1767-1810) but whene am sershing i found only one artist a diffrent name like (Anne louis girodet) so please help me is this a same artist or diffrent one

Certainly a different one. Anne Louis Girodet Trioson is dead 1824. I can't find this Giraudier but you could post some photos of the signature that you would have (perhaps) a wrong spelling.

Sorry but it is absolutely impossible to find this artist in spite of a signature, certainly e.giraudier, which looks very professionnal. There were some Giraudier in the town of Alger during the 19th century. Maybe a member of this family. An image of the whole painting could help (copy by an amateur after a best known artist?)

edit : A Giraudier, painter, coming from Africa (at this date more likely from Algeria) was entering in a french Charity Hospital in 1843 for a poisoning. It is not said what happened and not specified if he was a house painter or an artist.
