What are some good sites to do art online for free?
I do art online at "rate my drawings" & am looking for other sites to go to that are similar (my username on there is "strange1970",) -I have over 60 pieces of art & they're not getting enough ratings,

The 2 biggest ones I am aware of are DeviantArt and the Saatchi Gallery website.

It's 123rf.com, but it's really an image licensing site. It's not for uploading your own artwork.
