Default Water color by M.E. EVANS.

I am not sure on the name, but it apears to be
what it looks like is a water color of a house set behind a small stream or pond
maybe a fork of a lake.
also to the right is a birch tree that towers over the house
the water has soem lilys growing o the left side
it apears to be on a heavy paper or cardboard, some what yellow now
the dim of the item is 8" wide by 16" high
set in a wood frame about 1" thick with metal scrolling on each corner

I wanted to send a picture but it would not take the size of the file

If there is another way to send the picture let me know

Where did I get it.
i purchased it a few years back at a estate sale

thanks

You can reduce the image size in an image editing package, or even using some image viewers such as IrfanView. Or you can upload the pictures to a free photo sharing site such as Flickr and post the link here. If necessary you can email me the images and I will post them. Smile Can anyone tell me the artist

I am new to this posting thing. Could not figure out how to list new posting. Sorry but I don't know anything about your question.

Can anyone tell me anything about the artist of this painting. It only has "Turner" signed at the bottom left of the painting. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
