I have a picture's artisit identified & I'm having trouble finding someone to give me info on it.

There's an "insert image" button on the little control panel that's available when you're writing a post. For example...


Due to copyright issues, don't post a large version of the image if it is likely to be a 20th-century artist.

It looks like a french 19th century monumental work, maybe from Opera Garnier or Grand Palais in Paris...

No no no, that was just an example of inserting an image URL into a post. (You're close, it's actually on a column above Pont Alexandre III in Paris.)
