polish art

I have a oil panting given to me by my mother, its a renasence scene of a polish market place. I do want to sell it but I dont know its worth. How can I get that painting apraised?

Try looking under "appraisers" in your local telephone directory. You can post a picture here if you wish and we'll tell you what we think, but to be done properly the painting should be examined in person.
