I am Peter Worsley, an artist/painter based in Santa Barbara, California.

I did not seriously start painting until after I retired some ten years ago. But coming out of a liftime of marketing and sales, I am always looking at the best way to promote my artwork.

I show my work through local galleries, various online galleries, and my own website. I am constantly reading about how to promote my website, by subscribing to various online newsletter and more recently reading RRS feeds. Also, I subscribe to many web-rings with other online artists.

As a result I am continully looking at infeeding links and adjusting the website design - as well as adding new artwork as it is developed. I seem to have obtained a good Google positioning.

My blog is very much a work in progress - it just takes too much work to keep up (as does updating the many online galleries). The issue comes down to - do I paint or sit at the computer! As it is, I paint almost evey morning and work on the marketing issues most afternoons.
