Hi all

Newcomer here. I have had a site on stained glass mosaic for a few years and have recently updated it. I have tried to combine my own glass work with useful instructional information as well as related articles.

Would love to get some feedback as much on the design, layout workings of the site as the artistic work.

-Is it easy to navigate?
-Does it catch your attention?
-How can i improve it?

I have quick look there and very sorry to say your site is not attractive at all, honestly speaking. Yes easy to navigate. you can improve it by stretching it to both right and left ends, use a background for left side navigation links, use more high quality pictures, offer some moving images on your main page etc.

Hi,
Had a look at your site (i am a newcomer too by the way). First may i say your work is lovely
When i clicked on to 'displayed mosaics'.. i found the background distracted me away from the beautiful pieces. Would it be possible to have photo's with plain background with light to enhance your work?
Do you think maybe the writing is a little small (or maybe my glasses need updating).
I would have liked to have seen larger pictures of your pieces to show off the detail. You have worked so hard to create these lovely pieces of art -maybe better photo's would allow us to see the intricate workings more clearly?

Home Witch. Thanks, photoing these things is quite tricky, as you have to point the camera straight into the main light source, i shall try again sometime though.

Thanks for the feedback, i tweaked the background colours and hopefully the site looks a little better now?
