name and /or artist please help
husband had old painting in flemish style of older man holding a sword
in front of a table with a tapestry draping the table, a white scabbord on the table and two women off to the side of the table with a bookcase behind them. on lower corner of painting was gold medallion with S in the middle of medallion please help identify this painting he says it looked like it had been cut out of a frame thank you for your help |
