Please help read this Artist's signature?
I purchased these what I believe to be water color paintings at an antique store in Ludlow, VT for $20 for the pair. I really felt it was a steal. Can anyone read the signature for me, or possibly tell me anything about the Artist who painted them?

"Horacio" is a real name at least, so I would bet on Horacio. I think I can see an H in there.
