Default Help with identifying painting

I just purchased a pair of 19th century copies of old master paintings and would like to know if anyone could tell me who painted the originals. The link is:

Any suggestions on the "style of" or help with identifying the mythological figures in the paintings? Thanks for your help.

I believe the painting with the sleeping soldier is a depiction of Rinaldo and Armida. I've not been able to find the original artist, but this may be of some help to others who are more knowledgeable than I.
