Can anyone identify the artist of this painting?
My father, who is an artist, bought a picture in the 1950's because he wanted to use the frame. When he removed the picture from the frame, he found this print under it. He would like to identify the artist. It is a numbered print/lithograph, number 80 of 240. I have included the signature as well.

Don't know who it is, but it's similar to the prints of Alfred van Neste.
