Need to identify two paintings found in barn

Greetings all,

My cousin bought a farm in Bonnieville, KY, and found these two paintings in a room of the barn. One of them had "Bedroom Gesture" written on the back and the name "C. G. Henry" on a tag- perhaps a buyer. If anyone recognizes either of these, and can give us any information, please post. My cousin thinks they're valuable but I'm doubtful.

Yeesh, I don't know what to make of them. They have elements of the good, the bad and the ugly about them.

Note that one of them is signed lower left - "Perry" or "Prinze" or something like that.
