Looking for info on E. Robert artist.
I have a print called Istres by artist E. Robert. This print is a limited edition Serie 1026 No. 5 by Stehil Brothers in Zurich Switzerland. Does anyone know if this print has any value. I've been all over the net and could not find much info.

A quick look at Artprice and into my files brings up 5 artists:
Elias ROBERT (1821-1874) Émile ROBERT (1880-1948) Eugène ROBERT (1831-1912) Ernst Fried. Ferd. ROBERT (1763-1843) Ernesta ROBERT I didn't find anything promising, though. At least a couple of these appear to be sculptors or medallists. |

I too have a print by E Robert series 23: No 1 made in Switzerland it was my grandmothers. Have you got any information about them?
