Default Need help w/2 paintings

I have two paintings that I am having trouble finding info on.

The first painting is signed F. Ebright `35(not sure but assuming the year 1935). This painting is an original waterpainting of 3 bare trees on a hill. Has anyone ever heard of an artist by this name? Any info would be appreciated.

The second painting looks to be a large oil on canvas in its original frame. This painting is of a tall ship and it is signed: J. Links 1968. I believe that this artist is named Joseph Links but have no other info about him.

Any info as to the backgrounds of either artist would be much appreciated. Thank you in Advance.

I was given a J. Links Painting as a gift.
J. Links seems to be an independent artist and not especially well known.
I found that my particular painting of a clipper ship dated 1968 can be bought on Etsy.com for about $70.
here is a link to it:

I enjoy the painting but I doubt it has any fiscal value.
Hope this helps even a little bit!

Default J Links

In 1977 I received a J Links oil on canvas large clipper ship dated 1968. It is in it's original frame as well. It looks identical to the ones being sold. I wonder where they were mass produced?
