I inherited 4 paintings that all appear to be unsigned and from the same artist, but nobody knows where they came from. Even though, they aren't "dazzling", I'd really like to know who the artist is. My aunt from Cleveland likely purchased them there or in New York in the 1940's or 1950's.

I have removed them from the frames to look for identifying markings, but have not found anything. The first three are all on canvas stretched on boards. The forth is on canvas stretched on a frame.

Any assistance would be appreciated!
