Default "In Disgrace"

I am getting ready to retire, and I have had the picture you described hanging in my room off and on for many years. It is a simple, adorable picture of a little girl in a white dress facing the corner. The dog is close by her side because "he knew it was his fault." It does appear to be a collie puppy. The picture is framed in an old fashioned narrow off white gilded frame. The poem, although it is somewhat torn, is pasted to the back of the picture. My 4th grade teacher gave the picture to me because I loved it so much. That was back in 1964. I would be willing to sell it, if you are still interested.
